Taurus Support

Taurus Support is the service contract management division to the Taurus Group.
Our Call out and data tracking service allows the client to book and track the call outs from start to finish either online or over the phone. Companies who hold current support contracts can log in to our site and log a problem, our system then notifies our engineering department directly and the ticket is then allocated to the correct department.

The division supports all our products and services and is setup to provide fast onsite support within the UK or remote support anywhere in the world.

Taurus Support also provide the technical backup to our home and business ADSL service, which is available in 1 to 8mb forms. All line tests, orders, fitting and technical support are supplied from our dedicated office.
